So myself & co-workers were talking about our favorite NHL hockey fight. So I was thinking. Why don't we mention our favorite Bruins fight of all time? Keep it to one that you were actually alive to see. In other words don't say Terry O'Reilly vs Steve Jenson when you're only 20 yrs old. Also try to pick one that we can check out ourselves maybe it's one some of us never saw. Then say you're favorite hockey fight of all-time. Which can be anybody vs anyone. I'll start with mine being Jonathan vs Bouchard as BOTH favorite Bruins fight & favorite of all time. Since that one is both. My 2nd is Probert vs McSorley when he was with Pittsburgh! That was a boxing match if there ever was one. So let's bring up some great scraps. And maybe someone mentions one or more that we can see for ourselves. Great pick. Stan still one of my favs.

The Jonathan v Bouchard wasn't the best fight, but it was the most brutal, no doubt. I was at that game with my dad. We we're at the opposite end of the rink in the upper loge section, left of the goalie. As a youngster, it was kinda horrifying seeing Jonathan paint the ice red like that lol. But it was instructive - don't lose fights. Bouchard just had tape on his nose after the game. He was a nice guy, I got his autograph. My favorite fight of all time was Horton surprising, I think it was Kane. Dropped him with a straight right hand, I believe. I loved him from that moment on!

I remember reading about Koci before even seeing him. He had a lot of hype billed as the toughest Hawk since Jerry Korab. Someone should've told Big Zee.

Pat Maroon used to use that "hang on for dear life" move. Tie up his arms and you can't get clocked.

Pat Maroon used to use that "hang on for dear life" move. Tie up his arms and you can't get clocked. Signature move. He supposedly is the only guy willing to engage Chara 4 times. Wondering if he makes a difference if/when he comes off IR. Different reports as to when he’s available. He’s got the pedigree.

Huge for that era. Now look at how many there are way bigger today. What the hell have they been feeding these kids over time.
