Who you pullng for in the Euro Mr Hulot? Iceland? Hungary? Who's the favourite? I would love to see one of the underdogs win it all - unfortunately that's not going to happen. The Cinderella stories will end in the next round, and I'm afraid there will be some questionable calls in favor of the soccer superpowers…I've noticed one side of the bracket is stacked and the other is not. This could mean that an underdog could make it to the final , which in a 1 game winner take all scenario, well, anything can happen. Wales, Croatia, Northern Ireland, Belgium, all are on one side, while France, Italy, Spain, Germany, & England are in the other, only one can make it out.

Poland through, N Ireland of course scores into their own net and Wales advances, and in one of the most dull & boring games in Euro Cup history ,Portugal beats Croatia 1-0. Spain vs Italy tomorrow, hold onto your sangria Henry!

I guess I can take lunch from 12:10-1:10, but I don't want to completely screw off since I'm only in the field four days a week.

I hate Bradley. Sick of seeing that turd on the US. The Yanks need a good striker.

Back to what's happening on the pitch: That Hazard guy really has speed to burn - the way he left the defenders in the dust before passing to Nainggolan against Sweden and to Batshuayi versus Hungary was extremely impressive. And then he scores one himself after another brilliant run. Simply superb (hope I didn't jinx him).

This would actually make me go to a game.
Irish are amazing.
Took lots of summer jobs when studying and would always meet lots of Irish people on vacation. They just love going to Portugal for the summer.
There I was serving beer all afternoon while the football or rugby matches were on, and then some more during the night.
Always friendly and chatty, never causing any problems no matter how drunk.
Good times.

After a sort of sleepy tournament to date, Belgium is starting to pick up steam, they looked real good today. They were picked as one of the pre-tournament favorites and up till now i wondered what all the fuss was about, but they are for real. They have the easier side of the draw as well, Wales next and then the winner of Poland/Portugal. I could see the Hercule Poirot's going to the final.

Chile Argentina is out of control. Two red cards and the first half isn't even finished. Dirty, dirty game.

Chile is trying to "Bruins" Argentina, playing very dirty and gooning it up with Messi. The strategy is working. Argentina is completely off their game and focusing on machismo instead of the game.

So that must mean Argentina is trying to "Canadiens" Chile, by diving and flopping all over the place, trying to draw fouls, yellow cards, free kicks and pk's, right? I could see why Chile would be very upset with those tactics. I hope someone does a gloved sucker punch on Messi, the little weasel.

Zero zero after 120. I don't know why I chose to watch this out of the four games on TV today.
These tournaments all start and end the same way, which is with me as a casual fan. Too many egg games, the players are just too casual even the stars.

You just watched a 2-1 game of Michel Therrien dump and chase hockey and you think that's more exciting than the final with all the stars?"" quote you have used here a couple of times is really just soccer-marketing bs, just like the term "the beautiful game"...

Chile played a terrible brand of soccer. They looked like a high school team out there. You may be right. I'm starting to think I picked the wrong sports to follow. I haven't watched enough, but I haven't seen much outside of the highlight reel that's really wowed me about Messi. The big games I've seen him in, about four or five, he's been a major passenger.
