I'm officially conceding to a better team this week in SanDog, appreciate the battle but I didn't do my job as GM...you did and good luck in finals...bookthey jinxed me and called it....I knew based on how little my team was alive during the week despite by money available, there was very little I can do. Marner and Rantenen both got injured. It is what it is..I love my regular season but I will go down as the 22-23 Bruins...kind of apropros...sandog is my daddy. I could not have picked a worse schedule then the April 1-7...but still team has to perform and I choked. I take full responsibility for not getting a championship done..On to 24-25

I am personally embarrassed that I couldn't get it done...I did everything I could as a Fantasy owner and even had I held on to some guys and not subtracted I still lose by 5 or 6 points....it was destiny....I am disappointed for the entire Covid family. I knew it the moment I saw the schedule that I was probably fucked...you can say oh that's sour apples, but I knew I had bad luck in the schedule this week, forcing me to try to do moves to get more scoring chances...I tried. SanDog kicked my ass.

Bloody nucks players hiding when it matters.. Yea, I got very lucky with the draft. There were really no indications that players like Forsberg, Boeser, Thomas and DeBrincat would put up the numbers they did. Heck, Boeser had been a keeper for me for years, but I let him go for this year and he exploded. Got him on waivers. Oh well, back at it next year.. |
