What's sort of funny is the B's were Gryzless for most of the game, so we can't even blame it on him as much as i'd like to. Sure we can - he left his team short one dman for 40min with a bonehead play. Now, I have never been speared in the 'nads but Patches looked like he was done for the night after that and there he was, out on the ensuing PP ready to go. The soccer injury worked just fine right there.

As far as Patioready, once a Scab always a Scab.

they keep referring to Suban as “Norris trophy winning”. All true and accurate. But they don’t refer to Messier as “2 mvps 1 conn smith 6 stanley…” Even casual hockey fans watching ESPN know Messier's creds...but it is not common knowledge to them that the dancin' clown in the studio was gifted one of the most prestigious awards in the NHL. Also, it could have also been a gentle reminder to PK to sit the feck down...you're disgracing the trophy. Not to mention professional diver/actress.

Well... it appears that I'm glad I missed this , last time I checked, the Bruins had 6 shots on net after the 2nd period..wow that's pretty pathetic.

The majority of our losses are to lesser teams, this won't be an issue playoff time.
Swayman was by himself out there again, rest of the team gets a P for pathetic

Correct about the AHL players comment...2 in 3 games is not a good trend.
Need a savvy vet for 4th line duty that hits everything in sight and gets an occasional goal or two. Steen, Richard, Laukko, Boqvist, etc... just not going to cut it. Bruins need someone who can create havoc and energy when things are going awry. They have not really replaced Lucic in that regard.
I also think they need another Top 6 center. Coyle has been good enough as one of them this year, but you really need 2 to play consistent hockey when the going gets tough. I don't even know who has been the other centers besides Coyle because they have been invisible.
The other option is to go all in on a stud defenseman, and hope for the best up front. I do not think this will work as defense and goaltending have not been the problem as of late.

Are we sure the Bruins didn't ice the P-Bruins for this one? Half the damn team are AHL lifers.

Too many AHL players on the Bruins. Yep, Steen is useless. He brings zero to the team. Boqvist same thing. Lauko's game is getting worse and Montgomery has noticed, not much ice time for him. Need depth and they have zero.

Why do the B's always play like shit when Roadhouse is in the net...seems like they play their absolute worst games when he is playing fantastic for 25 to 30 minutes, but then it's always a shitty PP goal...how many B's lost their sticks...and then it's okay to actually hit somebody back. Marchie die on the last PP...but just awful performance...2 incredibly awful games sandwiched with a win over the great Canuckies.

Monty stated a week or so back that the move by Hampus to pinch cost the Bs a point. My focus is on the need of a "point". Finishing first does have the home advantage and having to play the last of the wild card teams. Yet, how did that work out last year. So why the veteran AHLers? Bring back Beecher, try Fabio for a few games, the results may be obvious. I think Boquvist, Steen, and even Lauko are lackluster. Lastly place Henien on the 4th line. Monty ego is in the way.

Even among his peers competing for 4th line minutes/fighting off AHL bus trips, he has seemed like one of the weakest options all season long.

The 4th line played 8 minutes and were each 0 plus/minus. Classic denial in the form of scapegoating the weakest rather than the strongest. What really happened is the entire team, particularly the guys who actually play a lot, didn’t try hard and embarrassed themselves.

Bingo, counting on the 4th line to lead the way is weak, they were fine, typical 4th line game. The rest of the team? No shows across the board.

Even with the stellar goaltending the B’S get on a regular basis, they don’t win if they forget their lunch pails…. Even in that tidy win over the Canuckleheads, although Linus didn’t face many shots he still made some nice saves before the outcome was decided….

They had those pieces last year with Hatheway, Folingo & Greer & still weren't good enough in that department. Maybe it's the structure & the game plan & not the personal? Last year this team didn't go thru hardly any adversities that should've affected them. Missing Mac & Marshy at the beginning of the season didn't have the impact that most thought it would. Hopefully- they can overcome this adversity of playing like duds 3 out of 4 games & come out of it at the right time like the Panthers did last year.

Need depth and they have zero. I'd rather watch Bruins draft picks, that have yah know, an actual chance at making the Bruins long term. The more I think of Lucics foolishness. He totally ruined the 4th line. While he played the 4th line was Rollin. Get Lysell and Beecher up now. Ship Grzelcyk out in a separate deal. Then use that money for a 3rd/4th line true NHL banger.
