Forgive me for asking a tech question here, but recently I’ve had some issues with picture posting. I used to use Photobucket. Then they wanted $400 a year; later dropping that to a reasonable monthly fee that I’m too cheap to pay. Went to Tinypic for a long time. Then Photobucket bought them so people couldn’t use them. This hasn’t been a problem for other sites I use, as most have a function for hosting pics themselves. Here, though, the choices as listed in the Help section of the boards are to use the Attachment function or a site like Photobucket. When I use the Attachment function the image works easily enough, but the picture winds up very small, like a thumbnail almost. Or, everything is “too big” to insert. So I’ve moved on to picture hosting sites. Photobucket is out. I’ve read about suggestions online including DropBox, Imgur and Flicker. I tried all of them but none provided the IMG link to copy and paste into a post. I did land on one site that works: Postimage.org. However, this begs the question... what are people using for a hosting site for posting here? I did work at this before asking. Heres a typical Attachment that isn’t “too big.” :

I searched and I found this; makeawebsitehub.com/free-photo-hosting/I certainly am interested in hearing what people are using

Wow, no responses. Interesting. I'm the last guy to ask this question. If I post a pic, it's a link from elsewhere on the web. So the explanation for why I can't help is that I don't post pics I've taken.

Wow, no responses. Interesting. Thought I posted after reading your question, I use tumblr. Most of the pics that I want to post I can describe in a search and just grab from the internet in img form. Now uploading my world series pics from 2018 was a pain. But then again I didn’t save the pics to tinypic or tumblr then grab them for the forum.

I'm not clear on the answer for this. Is there a free site that can host pictures for us?
