Danny and Book were members of Eds fan club in the 50s. I saw Fred Sanford himself AKA Redd Foxx at the Frontier Casino in Vegas...and that was an experience..raunchiest comedy standup I think I've ever seen. Flat out needed a shower afterward.

Me too. May 1983. Took in Suzanne Somers moulin rouge show at the Hilton, earlier the same night. Red woulda embarrassed a boatload of sailors.

Middleton and Cashman put on a clinic in game 7, 1979...they did everything you could to win that game...The two of them would have gone down in history even more had the B's just held on and then I'm pretty positive would have beaten the Rangers for the Cup. Anyway, c'est la vie....from 1978-1984, averaged 45 goals a year for six season..and 96 points a year during that period...career where he had 898 points in 881 games, career plus 220....52 GW goals not including playoffs. In playoffs, 100 points in 111 games...1983, 33 points in 17 playoff games...1988, his final playoff season, 3 GW goals!!! Final playoff...sick

Can’t believe he’s not in the HoF…. Watching Nifty with Barry Pederson was an absolute pleasure…. Fantastic duo The numbers the two put up during the ‘82-83 playoffs were absolutely off the charts…. The two combined for 65 points in 17 games!

When you trade a guy who is that good, and he continues to perform at that level after the trade, but you still get the best player out of the deal is pretty nice.

After three outstanding seasons, Pederson was derailed by an injury…. Two years later Uncle Harry flipped a diminishing asset for a future HoF and a pick who became a very serviceable d-man…. Midas touch once again….
