Seen every Jets game this year (they are my “home” team I guess).
They are very structured (Bowness has taught them well) and a nice mixture of size and skill. They will go in the dirty areas and get greasy goals.
But their fatal flaw is they can get impatient and force plays. When this inevitably doesnt work it ends up biting them in the a**.

They are having a far more successful season than i imagined that's for sure. I think Hellebuyck & Schiefele deciding to stay was a huge boost, people likely thought WTF they didn't want to leave ??!!! Good on them though and it's looking like they won the PLD trade for now, Vilardi, Iafallo and Kupari have added some nice depth and the Kings have Dubois who is trending like DeBrusk and has 12 pts so far and gets paid $8.5 mil a year.

Yeah Dubois was just poison. They got some good assets for him which helped fill out the roster. Don’t forget they also signed Neiderreter to an extension as well. Destroys the myth that people don’t want to play in Winnipeg or they have to overpay.

Exactly, you can lead a pretty good life in Winnipeg and everything doesn't cost a mint, although there is a mint in Winnipeg, haha! Dubois is a prima donna, it wouldn't surprise me at all that he wants out of LA as well in a few years.

I loved the Jets when they had the WHA dynamos...Anders Hedberg, Ulf Nillson, who both then went to Rangers. What a combo..those guys were showtime.

I've read a lot about their third line of Appleton, Adam Lowry and Niederreiter and have watched a couple of their games earlier this season, jm. They looked big and fast in how they hemmed in the other club and created scoring opportunities. They did not miss a chance to step into anyone in the enemy jersey. The Bruins better be ready for the physicality of this mob.

But they have settled in as Jest....that's what I used to call the NY football franchise...the Jest.

Looks like Griz is out with an "undisclosed injury."
Perhaps perpetual fear of getting hit tonight?

Looks like Griz is out with an "undisclosed injury." Perhaps perpetual fear of getting hit tonight? Probably from the hit he sustained early in the game vs Minny. My guess: upper body.

Gryz never met an upper body check he didn't get concussion protocol on or sent to the lockerroom. I wish him well as he stays in Boston.

I don't like that Montgomery replaced James van Riemsdyk on Charlie Coyle's line with Danton van(illa) Heinen. But I think that happened already a couple of games ago...

Would be nice if the boys could counter with the type of hitting they displayed vs Wild the other night.

Would be nice if the boys could counter with the type of hitting they displayed vs Wild the other night. It will be interesting to see. A good test to see if the Bruins can handle them. Could be a window into the playoff viability of the team.
