Rest everyone and bring up every swinging PBruin weiner. Play every scrub. Let them get an NHL paycheck.

Other than Jay Sway, looked like everyone was resting last night…. honestly, I thought Maroon was good and Peeke was good too, he was activating on offense when the forwards were on a Snoozapolooza. Big game for Roadhouse, needed to see that type of performance going into playoffs. I was getting worried about his confidence, but he was terrific.

Definitely the following have to sit to me: Pasta, Marchand, McAvoy, Lindholm...high minute guys get them an extra rest day going into playoffs. If not for the center situation I would add Zacha and Coyle, but if one or both sat, be happy with that too. Fear factor is Monty upset with yesterday feels he needs his offense to be ready for one more reg. season game...who knows what the mindset is right now in the Coaches room

I'll address the Elephant Opponent in the Room...Pats and BB they knew what it meant to face an opponent or understand well who is their best shot at beating a team...they tanked one year in a finale and it paid off, forget who they ended up not facing, but it was significant difference in the playoffs. Anyway, not saying you avoid one team v. another, but it seems they match up a lot better with one over the other. And I still feel it's not about who you play but maybe the B's need to avoid Tampa based on past performance over the years.

I think doing that comes back to bite you in the ass more often than it helps. Karma can be a bitch. Play the games the right way.

Probably, but it has seemed to work in some instances in some sports. The other notion is that Tampa isn't all that.

Hope karma doesn’t come back to bite me cause I’m rooting for the Cheshire Cats to come up with one more point than the B’S tonight….

All this talk is crazy. You go out and win the game in front of you. You have a chance of a division title on home ice against a weaker opponent. TB and Tor are both excellent teams and what we did against them over 82 is of no consequence. Saying that one is a better matchup is fool's chatter. There is always a slight edge when having home ice in all rounds. Seize the day.

If the B's play a hell of a game tonight and get stoned by Forsberg so be it but certainly don't mail it in.

On the other hand it did work for the Candy Canes a couple of years ago…. Maybe it’s just that the B’S don’t know how to take advantage of it…. Fool or not, I’ll gladly take my chances versus the Laffs instead….

I think they should tank. Try to get the Leafs instead of Tampa. I'd rather play against Samsonov/Woll/Jones than Vagisil.

Tampa has the B's number, at least in the playoffs. And the B's have the Leafs' number. Simple as that

Rest everyone and bring up every swinging PBruin weiner. Play every scrub. Let them get an NHL paycheck. And if there's any chance at an empty net goal at the end of the game, I'd like to see a full jersey removal and an Irish jig done over the puck, before tea-bagging it across the line, after the horn sounds, while making an obscene gesture at dead relatives of the Tkachuk family...

TSN’s Red Buttons says that the Laffs would have a better chance of advancing if they play the B’S instead….
Please God, let it be the Laffs….
