Nice 3rd period effort. Forsberg gets the hug tonight with a great 3rd.
Time to flip the switch boys if there is one

Wings tie it in Montreal with a few seconds remaining, then Torts pulls his goalie with 2 over 2 minutes to go in the 3rd in a tie game and the Caps score, haha! Flyers had to win in regulation.

Well, garbage game but tis the season where we don't give two shits about the regular season. They went hard for the record lastbyear and got burned. So stay healthy and let's play meaningful hockey games in a week. you know better than to try and connect those dots

And of course when they finally turn it up, the goalie turns into fucking Hasek.
Not feeling too confident about TO, but who knows if Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde shows up?
One thing I must say though, is that if Marchand and Pasta are going to continue to play hero-puck, they ain't going deep at all.

Samsonov can pull a Forsberg as well, he played well enough to beat Tampa last playoffs.

On to the real stuff. yup. onward. but these last 2 games really drive home how very un-elite this team has been since the new year. every game matters and means something. blowing what should have been a cakewalk division championship isn't good news. the team goes deep, it's erased. a first round exit, and it's a bigger disaster. if I were a boston bruin..I would be quite pissed at this moment, and I would be embarrassed. hopefully those 2 emotions would instill some extra defiance and hunger going into the weekend.

I much preferred tampa But our boys can win, and they should be expected to win.

The only way the Bruins win the series is if they get lights out goaltending. The B's back end looked horrific against Florida last year and they don't have the offensive guns they had last year. Could be a short series.

If you're an athlete...and theres something to be won...you should be driven to win it. especially when it frames 6 months of hard work, and even moreso, when it was laid out on a silver platter...just last week. it isn't the end of the world, but trying to spin positivity to losing 4 out of 5 is just a little too "woke" for me.

LoL equating "woke" to athletic competition hilarious (funniest made up catch phrase and peole bit). Last two games the Bs skated, not to get hurt. These final games meant nothing after they toyed with Shittsburgh.

All aware reg season means nothing and perhaps 2 teams currently headed in different directions but B’s did take all 4 meetings this season — 2 of them after the all star break. TO has the fire power and no doubt — super human goalkeeping could do it. That and a resurgence of our guys getting the big bucks.

Laffs not looking any better than the B’S, having lost their last three games…. Bolts worried me a lot more than the Laffs….

Sometime tomorrow..it's time to move forward with resolve. Trying to sugar coat things tonight....aint the way to do that. this team is not going into the most important time of the year...the way they should be I think they know that. we should too.
