I think Kane fancies himself as some sort of Hip hop/ Rap artist or something, all the bling and stacks of money , screams of a look at me type dude. Jets are far better to be done with him. Maurice wouldn't have put up with his crap either. I just think he thought he was too "big" for WPG. He's an LA or NY type of guy in his mind . I think he seems like a Buffalo type of guy.

As a black person I hate when some black folks like this jackass fall back on the weak rationale of their colour as being the reason for the harsh reactions to their stupidity.

Anaheim loses again, failing to score. Could get interesting there.

The Islanders' shutout last night, was that teams first against Calgary since Glenn 'Chico' Resch did it in 1981.

After having brought in the greatest living coach in the known universe, the LeRfs have only won one game to start the season, what gives? Was Phat Phil that important? The TO brain trust must be beside themselves with concern, with old Lou Lam leading the way. He's likely trying to get approval from MLSE & Sherriff Shanny to bring in Michael Ryder, Patrick Elias and trade for Scott Gomez. This is the worst start to the season for them since Ron Wilson was at the helm.

Before the season, Leafs' management were almost bragging about how much they were going to suck for the next 2 or 3 years. Only in Toronto, will fans happily pay some of the highest priced NHL tickets, to watch an AHL team. Scotty Bowman and Fred Shero working together, couldn't win with this merry band of losers. Babcock took his job for 50,000,001 reasons. 50M in cash, and ego. I'm guessing he feels that he alone, can turn this bumbling franchise into a powerhouse.

I don't see the playoffs for this team for a few yrs yet.

I don't see the playoffs for this team for a few yrs yet. I've watched bits and pieces of a few Laff games - they are too ugly to watch for long if there's anything else to watch, and this is one of the best times of year with the baseball playoffs, NFL, hockey and even NBA starting. Of the games I've watched from the start, the Laff goalie has given up a goal on the first shot of the game two or three times. There's nothing Babcock can do about that. And I don't think it's in his plan to be chasing every game.

Remember some people with their love fest for Chris Stewart?
Rotoworld:
Chris Stewart will be a healthy scratch in Monday's game against the Chicago Blackhawks.
The Ducks took a chance on Stewart this off-season, but that gamble hasn't paid off. The 27-year-old has a reputation for disappearing for long stretches and that's been the case in 2015-16. He has no points and a minus-2 rating in seven games this season

Sens with 9 shots on net after 2 periods, tied 1-1 with the Flamers. Where are all these potent offensive talents. Who wanted Bobby Ryan on the B's?

Man, the Ducks can't catch a break, playing a good game against the Blues and a fluke rebound off the end boards goes off Andersen and in the net with 9 mins left in the 3rd, 2-1 Blues. The hockey gods have it out for the Ducks or Boudreau , they can't buy a win, 6 mins left.

Obviously the Oil didn't give Scarey any respek!! Such a shame, suck that up Henry! The Nucks sank 5 behind him and now the Oil sank 4, say it ain't so St. Carey! Better put Condom in net, the Scabs gotta plug that leak!

My God, I'm looking at the Scabs schedule and they sure have it easy. Home tonight vs Toronto, then out west for 3 next week vs Van, Edm and Calg...don't see them losing any of those (maybe Van?). Then 4 in a fawkin row at home! Conspiracy! Maybe they could get swept out west because this isn't the '77 Canadiens we're talking about.
