Also, I think Pacioretty's part of the problem because he's really not happy about his line situation, but he's externally trying to tow the line. Internally, I think he's furious and feels set up to fail in his first season with the C. He wasn't particularly supportive of the first experiment with him and Galchenyuk and I think that's the biggest reason they haven't gone back for another attempt.

Maybe he should tell Air Canada & VIA Rail about it. I'm sure they'll support him again.

I don't think Therrien makes the All-Star break.

I don't think Therrien makes the All-Star break. Bergevin did say at his press conference that Therrien was safe until the end of the yr. That's the kiss of death right there. Bergevin also said that Montreal's underachieving was all on him. Maybe he'll fire himself.

I don't think Therrien makes the All-Star break. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he's gone by the weekend.

Bergevin and Therrien both signed long term extensions didn't they? One thing about this utter collapse by Montreal, it has lead to Henry being absolutely MIA,is he on vacation? He was guaranteeing a turnaround with this easy part of the schedule for the Scabs, haha. Its ok Henry, we'll take it easy on you. Maybe you've taken solace in the tears of fellow Scab fans on one of their forums. If so , hang in there!

Overall history isn't on the Bruins side.

Overall history isn't on the Bruins side. Oh i know Nite. I'm not saying they won't make the playoffs. I'm not saying the B's will win the SC either. What i am saying is the Scabs aren't as good as their management and overzealous fan base thought they were. I would also be willing to say that there is no way they are SC contenders this yr, with or without Price. They are a mediocre team with a great goalie, one pretty good D man, one pretty good fwd but shitty Captain, a pretty good young forward and a bunch of 4th liners. Hardly a SC contender. But thats the way i see it, i'm biased, i don't like them at all, not one little bit and respect them less, so i'm the wrong person to ask.

www.tsn.ca/nhl/video/price-favours-right-leg-breaks-stick-during-morning-skate~801202Anyone else think that surgery is in the not too distance future for this boy? Clearly the signs of frustration are building and no way after watching this guy try to skate today is he coming back in two weeks as per Bergevins last update a few weeks ago. This looks like another setback. Why the Habs are playing with their franchise player is beyond me. The year looks lost anyway. Shut him down and plan for 2016.

Just more Scab spin doctoring. I don't he's back this yr. Whatever the timeline is for recovery from surgery, the sooner they get it done the better. I don't get what the delay is, it's clear they aren't winning the SC this yr. Why mess with their franchise player, strange.

Montreal ahead in the 3rd 2-1, two bad D coverages and that's all she wrote 3-2 Sabres and then an empty netter.

Rob Petry falling all over his huge suitcase full of money, played as 5th D in TOI, and Patches a -2

Man , love watching Therrien post game pressers last thirty games or so... Tonite' spin.. " we played well enough to win, we just could not get the turd goal " Then we cannot defend, two plays that should not happen and you lose" I saw the game, and I don't know about playing well enough to win. I don't know how long Bergevin can keep his promise to ride out Therrien to the end of the season. I think he has to gas him, like tomorrow morning... Something needs to change... Bergevin needs to address #1 centre and #1 right winger .. Outside of Price I would make everyone available for trade.. He needs a blockbuster and he has the pieces to pull it off. Interesting times ahead..
On another note... I am loving every minute of this . Keep on losing... Need more Therrien sound bites..I think he is ready to implode.

Montreal is 5-20-1 in their last 26 games. I think Therrien has said the same thing after every game, " the effort is there, we played good enough to win". When your team has won 5 out of 26 games, isn't that evidence to the contrary? Whatever, it sure looks good on the whole lot of them.

I should have written this here:
Just got back from the Habs game tonight . WOW ! Pat Hickey , a pretty good hockey writer, said he saw Price limping and he thinks they'll be shutting down Price for the season. seems like in his recent video of Price looked like he's regressing in his rehab.

Price looks nowhere near a return. Must suck to be Bergevin right now and even worse to be Therrien.
I think it gets worse before it gets better and I bet Bergevin is regretting saying Therrien was good for the season. MB has to do something. His team is in a free fall right now and he cant have trading for John Scott as his answer to this shit show.

Apparently Price saw his shadow on Tuesday. So, it's looking like an early spring in Montreal.

Even if TGGITW came back tomorrow , Montreal has 30 games left. That would mean they would have to go roughly 22-8 down the stretch , not happening. Remember, the Scabs just went through the "easy games" in their schedule according to Henry, who has been strangely absent through this stretch LOL, and they are what 1-5? I think their lone win was that SO victory over the LeRfs. Call up John Scott, he's hot right now!
