My ol' buddy SanDog looking to be my first victim.... These days of no one playing are killing me. NHL early schedule is spaced out to accommodate the easing in of the season. I need more than just Thursdays n Saturdays of most of players on the schedule. |

Well, there you have it. I'd say you are the team to beat so far. Strong work OC! Shepherds 3-0. Looking for the walkover again the gunslingers. Kuznetsov is just 3-4-7 in 8 games, which isn't terrible, but he's only playing 3rd line minutes. Eller's getting more time at C. Ouch. Point hasn't been great since returning from injury. He's been feast or famine with a 3 point game and a 2 point game, but in the other games he's -4 and 0-0-0. And part of the attraction with him is that he's a matchup beast - +27 last year but even so far in 5 games. Need more from him. And then there are my Flyers and Hawks. F'n shupe and Simar.... Giroux has 4 assists in 7 games. Couturier is 2-3-5 in 7 but both of them are minus players. Yuck. And hooo-boy. Toews. 1-1-2 and dash 3 so far. Strome 1-3-4 and +3. Hawks? Suck. Lehner hasn't lost in regulation yet and has a .943 s%. Crawdaddy? Ugly. I was really looking for a reason to want DeBrincat to play well and drag his old Erie linemate with him. So far, it's gone the other way with DeBrincat only 2-2-4 in 7. I've also been my own worst enemy moving guys out of the lineup and not putting them back in time for them to have good nights. |

Wow, not really surprised that my team threw it away on the last day... Congrats. I especially like going down 40 points after only two nights of play. It makes any chance of suspense going into Saturday non-existent. |

On a personal note, the Butterface win this week was one of my favorites. Marc Andre personally delivering the come from behind win over the Vag with a shutout on the final day of action. I'm sure he had to double check if he was wearing a Leafs sweater. |

You just need to shut down the #1, 2, 3, and 4 scorers in the league. On the plus side, your trade for Kuemper is actually looking pretty good despite costing a first. |
