Lindholm has looked a lot better in all 3 zones since coming back, including his leverage in front of the net. McAvoy has to show some “temperance” and not take the bait on every mano-a-mano challenge BUT pick the key man to lay flat or dominate at the right time. Carlo is Carlo … the good is really good most of the time but that comes with some holes in his game. Lohrei needs a full season to learn/adapt to the NHL but he’s already looked better in front of the net this time up versus previously. Gryz is weak in front, Peeke I have no view and Wotherspoon is game but a borderline type player. Shattenkirk could run PP1 but he’s also weak on the back end at this point in his career.

Admin 1,2,3 all relegated to popcorn alley as Monty has had it with this crew...Coach's Thoughts--Brickley: "Do you feel that admins are just dropping the proverbial ball this season, especially in recent weeks. On first blush, it seems they are kind of mailing it in, no?" ..Monty: "It's the lack of being ready for the first puck. They just haven't been there on time. Admin1 was pretty good for a stretch. It's probably time to tweak things and go back to what works..maybe let a sandog or 50 have a shot at the admin spot. Really at this point, we need to figure out our identity there. Brick "thanks, Monty."

Hate to put any stakes on a regular season game, but a win here puts them ahead 3 points on the Panthers as they are idle tonight. Although the Cheshire Cats would have games in hand they would be the ones chasing it again after it seemed like they would run away with the #1 seed. Still a long way to go...I get it...but this seems like a great opportunity for the Bruins at home versus the ever-rebuilding Sens.

Agree on it all but wanted to give more props to Wotherspoon...this guy makes excellent decisions with the puck and is also very sound positionally off the puck. This was a sneaky cheap find by Sweeney.

Ran into Jack Edwards in the Garden parking garage tonight. Had to say hi, he interviewed me and a couple teammates after our state championship game nearly 40 years ago. Circle complete. I hope the good Bruins show up tonight, got the whole family here.

How does Jack look? I know there is speculation on his health, etc... don't want to go there, but does he seem all there?

Not sure if he remembers the game like I do, of course, but he did remember working at Channel 5 and notes back then they had 9 minutes to do the sports news, unlike the 45 seconds the local channels have now. Was pretty cool and he was a nice guy, as I remembered from 1987.

Too many giveaways in their own zone. Bruins playing with their head up their ass.

Too many giveaways in their own zone. Bruins playing with their head up their ass. Bruins have had a perplexing inability to discern jersey colors in their own end quite a bit this season.

You never really appreciate how much of a douche canoe Tkachuk is until you see him live. Every shift he’s looking to go for a late elbow just after a Bruin releases the puck.
