Marchand-Begeron-Pastrnak DeBrusk-Krejci-Rick Nash Heinen-Backes-Wingels Schaller-Riley Nash-Acciari
Chara-McAvoy Holden-Carlo Krug-McQuaid
Assuming everyone is healthy. Some just gonna have to sit.
Giggles is out. I’d like to have Grizz in but he can’t play PK.
You could switch Wingles and Riley Nash out. Either can play center.

I like your lines San, hoping McAvoy is ok, if not maybe Miller in on the top pair, or Carlo?

I could live with that.
Think there's any wiggle room if Cassidy gets tired of whatever-the-bleep is going through Pastrnak's head? He's missed/whiffed on more quality chances lately than most of his teammates have attempted. If that keeps up in the playoffs, the temptation to put someone in his place has to be strong.

I thought Chara with Carlo, Holden with KMiller then Krug with McQuaid. Griz would play depending on the opponent. It predicated on the thought McAvoy is not with team.

With the pick ups, you really get to appreciate the depth/options we have now.

I don’t see why Nash would go to the fourth for Wingles. Reilly’s been way more productive.

Yeah I agree with Kuraly 4th line center. I can’t see Cassidy breaking them up after seeing how he used them against top lines and late in games. They remind me of a pack of pit bulls trying to get the puck just to feed it into the crease and pounce. Not very pretty but effective.

I need to see more of Wingels as a Bruin before I put him on the 3rd line and bump Riley Nash to the 4th. Nash chips in offense, works well with his usual mates and is better than TW in all-around game, especially puck possession. Nash leads the league in Takeaway/Giveaway ratio. What Wingels does better and more often than Nash is hit. So, right now I'm inclined to put him on the 4th line as I'm assuming Acciari will be injured again come playoffs.

So which lines would be most potent for the Bruins? We're having this discussion. Hab fans are not. I feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Assuming everyone comes back healthy and no more guys go down... What do you have? This might be the deepest team in recent memory.

Chara-McAvoy Krug-Grizzle Miller-Holden
Tuuka

Marc Savard had Miller on the 2nd pairing, Holden out and DeBrusk on the 4th.
Can’t dismiss DeBrusk so quickly. I like Heinen but I think he is out Donato continues his play.

If debrusk comes back and dosent miss a beat it will be hard not to keep off of DKs line. If Donato keeps on his 3pt a game rate might have to push Nash with Nash and Backes which I’m sure they would feast on most 3rd-4th lines in the league. Depending on the match up, leave Krug with Holden and Carlo with Grizz or vice versa. Nice to have some speed/passing on each D paring

On d I don't like Krug and Grzelcyk on the same pairing. You'll need a little more oomph there.

There's so much depth and so many decisions to make, but I think you've done a good job of putting together the worst lineup they could run out for the playoffs. Weve got donato in a top six role over a kid that's done a good job all year because of one game? Weve got backes on the second line because? I honestly have no idea. He sucked in top six duty last year, and this season they found a role where he succeeded. Why screw with that? nash got bumped down...why? heinen scratched? He hasn't been on the 60 point pace he was earlier, but he's got a good two way game. carlo may have had his sophomore hiccups, but he is there second most trusted d man defensively. It can be debated if they're are correct to think that way. Krug and grizz on a pairing together? And one of them playing their off side no less? Hope they've got a surgeon ready to repair tuukkas rotator cuff, it'll get torn apart fishing the puck out of his net. They have a lot of options for sure.

While I'd rather not, I agree with BF#s. Of all the options possible, i would never have come up with that combination. I think you go with what got you here until proven wrong. Only exception is Donato plays unless he proves last night was a fluke.
Marchand-Bergeron-Pasta DeBrusk-DK-Nash61 Donato-Nash20-Backes Heinen-Kuraly-Accairi
Z-Mcavoy Holden-Carlo Krug-Miller
Okay that was hard, I don't want to sit anyone. I like them all.
