My favourites right now are (not in order of preference) Blacklist, Blindspot, Quantico, The Player, Limitless, Blood & Oil, Shades of Blue, Impastor and Superstore. Superstore is a sitcom that basically makes fun of Walmart. I deal a lot with Walmart employees through my work so I find it funny as hell.Shows I still watch, even though they don't intetest me as much as they used to, are Blue Bloods, Hawaii 5-0, The Good Wife, Madam Secretary, CSI Cyber and Castle. It's funny, alright - but mixing Roger Daltrey's vocals from "Baba O'Riley" with a stupid/boring disco beat is a fawking sacrilege!

The show, "Baskets" is hilarious. "Those damn crickets" Forgot LouI Anderson was playing Zach's mom. Bakersfield, Ca. is an especially nice touch.

Not getting into any series until season 4 of House of Cards comes out. Have a feeling that Frank's Mrs is going to run against him. I can't wait! I got the email last night while I was at the game. Underwood rules.

Underwood rules. I'm not a political person, but Frank & Claire are just so sinister! And the show always finds a way to shock the shit out of me & I didn't think that was possible after I saw the 3 way!

Saw Black Mass, it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Actually seemed more about Connolly than Whitey.
Can't wait for Batman vs Superman, I'm iffy on Ben Afflek playing Batman but the Cavill kid was perfect in Man Of Steel.
Anyone catch the Godfather Epic on HBO? Holy shit is that awesome. It's long, all the movies into one but it's done in chronological order and has new scenes added.

I will still check it out when it comes to cable or online buy. The apartment that ol Whitey was living in, when he got caught, was right around the corner from my favorite Jewish delicatessen in Santa Monica. Crazy Coot! Can't remember if it was A&E, Smithsonian Channel or Maybe Biography channel that did a documentry of the making the Godfather movies but it was great. James Caan's interviews were especially good. Must see, really well done.

I'll look for the documentary on the Godfather. Love that stuff, to me, the best movie ever.

Watching Fox News and CNN flicking back and 4 th. These politicians are funny, we have riots, protesters, all that boring stuff. One of the news networks ABC, CBS, NBC CNN, FOX, should throw all the Democrats and Republicans in a pay - per view battle royal , winner take all becomes the prez. I love it. Lol
On a side note all the mafia movies are great.

I am in a ShowHole!
Falling Skies was awesome. I started S4 of House of Cards but lost interest.
I can't find a new series! One of my rules is that there must be at least three seasons.

You could try Suits. I like it & as far as HOC goes? Not sure how far you went, but it picks up steam in the 2nd half of the season. Give Suits a try, there's smokin hot women in it & it has some devious and goofy characters in it. The storylines are mostly pretty decent. Hasn't been a season I walked away disappointed.

You are the second person to suggest Suits. I'll have to give it a go! Thanks nite!
I watched the first half of the first episode of S4 of HOC. I just didn't want to watch any more.

Watched one or two seasons of Suits then just didn't keep up with it. It was alright. Sort of has the same weaknesses as something like "The Blacklist" where they try to balance the case of the week with the long-term story. Like Spader, the guy who's supposed to be the invincible litigator is a little hard to take. Really? No one else would have thought of that? Or tried that? Really? And the opposition is totally flummoxed by it? I don't mind Gotham, but I'm a sucker for Batman stuff. It's not The Wire, but it's fun and they minimize the camp element by not having anyone running around in their PJs. I don't know if it meets the 3 season criterion, though. Are you up to date on old stuff like Battlestar Gallactica, OZ, Dexter? Maybe you don't want to see the one about serial killers in Miami.... Ever since I switched to a cable company that doesn't charge a premium for a dvr, I record a lot of stuff and let it run to 7 or 8 episodes before I look at them. Most of the thing I record, I never get around to watching. I taped the first half of Quantico, never got around to it. Minority report. Nah. And it's gone now. Limitless - cut. Scorpion - cut. I kind of enjoyed Wilfrid when it was around, but it only had a couple of years and it's a 1/2 hr show, so you're finished a season in a rainy afternoon. If you haven't seen the Ricky Gervais show Extras, you have to. If only for the conversation about phone sex with Kate Winslet, and episode with insecure Orlando Bloom. And Harry Potter and his rubber.

Wow did I forget how disturbing the Durham, NC. DA was in the Duke Lacrosse case. ESPNs lastest 30 for 30 "Fantastic Lies" was incredible.

All day!

I have been on a SciFi kick lately. Under The Dome then Falling Skies.
To keep it going, I am giving Continuum a chance. So far it's pretty good. Four episodes in and I am looking forward to the next one. And Rachel Nichols is wicked fucking hot. And she wears a body suit. Often.

I probably watched 10 episodes. It was too far gone into the SciFi world for me. And the low budget special effects were so very bad.
